We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout if you choose express shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. However, please note that express shipping options may not be available for P.O. boxes and certain military addresses.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Zekkio Store not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at support@zekkio.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
